𝙿𝚛𝚘𝚍𝚞𝚔𝚝𝚙𝚒𝚛𝚊𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚒𝚎: China remains the main country of origin for counterfeits

Posted by Little Foxx on

Product piracy, product counterfeiting or brand piracy refers to the business with imitation goods that are manufactured with the aim of being confusingly similar to an original product. In doing so, trademark rights or competition law regulations are violated. Product piracy often goes hand in hand with infringements of copyrights, registered designs (formerly: registered designs), utility models, patents and other intellectual property rights and commercial legal protection.

There is counterfeiting in all areas: software, watches, clothing, medicines, car parts and even complete motor vehicles.

The internet trading platform Alibaba is as important in China as Amazon or Ebay is in our country. But the portal has a problem with product piracy.

Since Aliexpress is a dealer platform and although the products listed are "checked" beforehand, there are still a few things to keep in mind. For example, large branded products are also offered here at a fraction of the original price and you should definitely refrain from such offers.

It is sad! Chinese companies don't care about copyright. Just search on Aliexpress for other brand names like Nike or Lego and you will only see stolen designs and bad copies. It's really hard to stop. Even big companies like Nike can't stop it. This is the price LALA pays for being a popular brand: you get copied!

We at Little Foxx notice that too, because we sometimes have to justify and explain ourselves for the price of our popular baby suit.

We hope that most of you know that what you buy on Aliexpress is generally of low quality and most likely not original  It's design, and that's why it's so cheap.
