IMPORTANT INFORMATION
In our Little Foxx Online Store, the absolute satisfaction of our customers is always our top priority. Check out some of our frequently asked questions below to get the information you're looking for. If you have any further questions or suggestions, we are at your disposal.

PRE-ORDER
Since we also work with preorders, we regularly put new items online (some with a release date) so you can buy them before they are available in stores. In order to shorten the delivery times for you, we regularly place an order in Korea.

We recommend that you order your desired items quickly, also by e-mail and preferably by paying in advance, so that we can add other favorite products to your order at any time. (See also collective order).
Since dealers also place their orders worldwide, some of the items are of course sold out quickly and then have to be reproduced again, which usually takes 1-2 weeks.

You can pre-order specially marked goods.

HOW MADE TO ORDER/ PRE-ORDER WORKS:

  • Put your desired product in the shopping cart

  • Delivery date from order: approx. 2-4 weeks

The goods will be shipped as soon as the goods are available. There is a note about the delivery date on the respective product page.

  • In the case of payment by credit card, Paypal or Sofortüberweisung, the amount will be debited on the day of the order

  • In the case of payment in advance, the goods will only be ordered once we have received the money. Your order can be supplemented and an additional payment must be made.

  • In the case of payment by Klarna invoice, this payment will be debited as soon as we have received the order. Order cannot be supplemented and an additional one must be placed.

  • Little Foxx declines all responsibility for changes in the delivery date, cancellations or variations in the shape of the items due to production changes made by the suppliers.

  • If the item on pre-order subsequently turns out to be unavailable, the amount paid will be refunded using the original method of payment.

SIZES
The Korean sizes are sometimes narrower and smaller.

Allocation by weight is more binding.

AN ORDER
We recommend that you order the desired item quickly, also by e-mail. If you pay in advance, we can add other favorite products to your order at any time. (See also collective order).
How long does my order take?
The delivery times are indicated. Please pay attention to the release and delivery date for pre-order items.

Why is my order taking so long? At Little Foxx we love unusual and individual items which we source worldwide.
We are also constantly finding new things, which is why we also work with preorders.
​How is my order processed?
If you have entered your e-mail address correctly in the system, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt from our system.

As soon as the order for shipping has been triggered in our system, you will also receive a notification from us and DHL that the order has been shipped with DHL and the corresponding order number.
A prerequisite for this is also the correct deposit of your e-mail address with us.

BULK ORDER
  • In order to shorten the delivery times for you, we regularly place a bulk order in Korea.

    We work hard to make it better and better for you and still not harm our environment.

  • Personal collective order : You are welcome to order your desired items daily. We recommend that you order the items you want quickly (please pay attention to the release date), and also choose to pay by e-mail and prepayment, then we can add other favorite products to the order at any time. So you can collect and receive your order completely together and save postage. The articles are then ordered directly in Korea, so you avoid that your favorite products are sold out.

Payment in advance/ bank transfer

After receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation in which you will also find the bank details. The goods will be shipped within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. If the purchase price has not arrived in our account after 7 days from the order date, the order will be deleted and the goods will be returned to the shop.
Please state customer and order number in the purpose.

Credit card
Payment by credit card (Mastercard or VISA) is a free service for us. After confirming the order, a pop-up window opens where you can easily complete the ordering process by entering your credit card number, CVC2/CVV2 » , validity of the credit card and the credit card holder. Your credit card account will be debited upon completion of the order.

PayPal
Paying with PayPal is a free service for us. After completing the ordering process, if you choose this payment method, you will be immediately forwarded to PayPal to pay the amount. This is possible with just a few "clicks".

Instant bank transfer
Payment with Sofortüberweisung is a free service that allows you to pay directly with your account number/BLZ/PIN/TAN without delay. After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure activated immediately for participation, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment order to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by Sofort and your account will be debited. Please note that instant transfer is not yet available at a few banks. Sofortüberweisung.de is a TÜV-certified online payment system. Please allow up to 3 days for order processing.

Invoice with Klarna
You have 14 days from the invoice date to pay your invoice. You only pay when you have received the goods. You shop relaxed, complete your order and check the products at home. The invoice will be sent by email.

You can find the payment target or the payment information for your invoice here or in the app at any time . You can easily check in the app whether your payment has been received for your invoice. We recommend that you make all your payments directly in the Klarna app to avoid possible incorrect transfers or reminders.

Klarna installment purchase
With Klarna financing, you can shop today and split your costs into fixed or flexible installments up to 24 months.

You can opt for Klarna installment purchase directly at the checkout or select the desired installment payment option for your order in the Klarna app (if listed).

From now on, you will receive your monthly statement on a regular basis and you can decide for yourself how much you want to pay (but at least the sum specified as the minimum amount on your monthly statement). You can also repay the outstanding amount in full at any time. The monthly statement is always sent in the middle of the month. If you are using the installment purchase payment method for the first time, we will send you the first monthly statement in the following month.

It is important to note here that you always use the same e-mail address when buying on installments, otherwise you will complete several installment purchases with each new e-mail address. This then means that you have to log into your customer account or the Klarna app with each of these e-mail addresses, since not all completed installment purchases can be displayed to you with different information in the Klarna app.

DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery times can be found under the respective products. Additional information can be found under Preorders and Orders.

SHIPMENT
We deliver all items in one shipment when the order is received. If you would like us to deliver the items in stock first, please send us an email. Please note that we charge a flat rate of EUR 4.00 for "mixed" orders (preorder and items in stock).

We give you the shipping costs for an order value of 100 € (in Germany).
For Austria and Switzerland an order value of 300€ applies.

We ship exclusively with DHL and tracking.

RETURNS/ RETURNS
Would you like to return an item?

No problem. You can return all items that you have ordered in our online shop to us within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure that the ordered products are in their original condition and that the associated label has not been removed. You bear the postage for returns. Please send the goods back to us by post in a letter or by DHL/Hermes. Returns of complaints are free of charge.

Paypal recently started offering free returns if you paid with Paypal when you made your purchase. You can find more information here:


GIFT VOUCHERS & GIFT SERVICE
gift vouchers

Can either be bought by mail or bought in the shop. These will be sent free of charge by email.

gift service
After you have placed your desired item in the shopping cart, you can select the gift service. If you make use of this, we will remove all price tags and we will lovingly pack the item to be given away.
For gifts sent within the EU, we send the invoice to the buyer. If the gift is sent to an address outside the EU, we must send an invoice with it due to customs regulations. However, this is placed outside the package.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR OUR CLOTHING
All clothing (except woollens) can be washed inside out at 30°/delicate wash. The clothes are not suitable for the dryer.
Please wash woolen items by hand, preferably with a moisturizing wool detergent.
Linen should also be cleaned as gently as possible in the hand wash program at a low speed.
