Refund policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ONLY FOR EU CONSUMERS
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the shipment or item.

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. The date of arrival at our warehouse is used to meet the withdrawal deadline. If your package arrives after this deadline, you will receive  store credit.

EXCLUSION OR EARLY TERMINATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not members of a member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless the deadline was missed, in which case you will receive a store credit in the form of a voucher; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you received our package. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling by you which is not necessary to check the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.

RETURNS
If you would like to return an order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order by email: service@littlefoxx.store or by phone: +49 89 12 30 86 70 to notify us of your return. This will allow us to allocate the products as quickly as possible.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order falls below the minimum amount (€125 for Germany, etc.) for free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
