Items from our special promotions (e.g. Fashion Box, Happy Saving Bundles) can only be returned for Foxx credit.
If you have an order with goods
If you are not satisfied, you can send it to us within 14 days
send back. Please note that the package will be delivered within these 14 days
arrives back at our warehouse. The goods must be unworn and
must be in the original packaging and the labels must not have been removed.

(If you like, with a reason so that we can do even better for you in the future). When returning the item, it should be clear that it is from you - either by your name or the order number.
- Please note that you must bear the return shipping costs yourself.
The original shipping costs paid will not be refunded. - If your order falls below the minimum amount (125€ for DE, etc.) for free shipping, the shipping costs will be charged by
Refund amount deducted. - If you have redeemed Foxx points, they will expire. Unfortunately, a withdrawal is not possible.
Products covered by the warranty should be handled with care. If a product has visible defects, please take photos of them and send them to us. We will then contact you to clarify all the details.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, which are managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint project of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Standard delivery usually takes around 2-4 working days. Please note that preorder and "mixed" orders take between 2-4 weeks.
If your order still hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will check the details.
Our products change regularly and are sometimes refilled. If a product you want is out of stock, please send us a message with the product you are looking for in the subject line. We'll try to order it again and send you a notification when it's back in stock!
