Which shipping service provider do you use?
We only ship insured with DHL.
How can I track my shipment?

What are the shipping costs within Germany?
From a goods value of EUR 100.00 we deliver packages within Germany free of charge. Below this value, we charge a flat rate of EUR 4.90 per order for shipping within Germany. We charge a flat rate of EUR 4.00 for "mixed" orders (preorder and items in stock).

Customs and import duties
For customers outside the EU, additional duties, taxes and/or other fees may apply, which we unfortunately cannot assume. The fees always depend on the contents of the package or the value of the goods and can vary accordingly.
DELIVERY
For environmental reasons, we do not include paper information with our packages. Instead, you will receive all the necessary information about your order by email.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email when your order has left our warehouse and been handed over to the shipping service provider.
How do I address a package to a DHL Packstation?
When ordering with delivery to a packing station, please indicate the postal number and packing station number. Ideally, it should look like this:

Delivery of items in stock
We will process your order as soon as possible. You will receive your goods within Germany in 3-5 working days. In the case of advance payment and immediate transfer (it takes about 3-4 days for the money to reach us), we will only process your order after receipt of payment. The delivery time to other European countries is 6-14 working days after receipt of payment.
Delivery of pre-order items
Pre-ordered items can take between 2 and 6 weeks. We cannot be held responsible for delays at our retailers, international shipping, manufacturing or public holidays. The goods will be shipped as soon as the goods are available. You can find more information about preorders here.
Delivery of "mixed" orders
The "Mixed" shipping option is ONLY available in GERMANY, so all in-stock items can be shipped immediately and pre-ordered items will be shipped upon arrival. Please let us know if you wish this, otherwise we will ship as soon as all items are there. "Mixed" orders (preorder and items in stock) we charge an additional flat rate of 4.00 EUR.

If you are not satisfied with the goods in an order, you can return them to us within 14 days. The goods must be unworn and in their original packaging, the labels must not have been removed. Please register your return in advance by email: service@littlefoxx.store. The return should show that it is yours - either by your name or the order number.Please note that you have to bear the return costs yourself.
We are a small, mom-run online shop and returns are very expensive for us but also for our environment. So if you are unsure about the size, material, color, etc. of an item, please contact us in advance by email atservice@littlefoxx.store or about our contact form.
