- Artikel nur 10-14 Tage im Shop online: Unsere Pre-Order-Artikel sind nur für 10-14 Tage im Shop erhältlich. Sobald diese Zeit abgelaufen ist, werden die Artikel aus dem Shop entfernt und können nicht mehr bestellt werden. Solltest Du einen Artikel verpasst haben, kontaktiere uns gerne und wir prüfen, ob wir ihn für dich nachbestellen können.
- Lieferzeiten beachten: Die Lieferzeit für Pre-Order-Artikel hängt davon ab, wann Du deine Bestellung bei uns abgibst. Normalerweise dauert die Lieferung ca. 2-3 Wochen ab Bestellbestätigung. Sollte der Artikel aufgrund hoher Nachfrage nachproduziert werden müssen, kann sich die Lieferzeit um 1-2 Wochen verlängern.
- Release-Datum: Das Releasedatum eines Artikels gibt an, wann der Artikel auf unserer Website online gestellt wurde. Du findest das Releasedatum auf der Produktseite des jeweiligen Artikels. Ab diesem Datum bleibt der Artikel für 10-14 Tage zum Bestellen online.
- Individuelle Bestellungen: Unsere Pre-Order-Artikel werden speziell für dich produziert. Du erhältst genau die Größe und den Style, den Du gewählt hast. Es handelt sich um keine Lagerware, sondern um bestellte, individuell angefertigte Artikel.

Pre-ordering allows you to have exclusive styles produced especially for you – sustainable, individual and without mass-produced goods.
Pre-order items are exclusive pieces that aren't yet in our warehouse, but that you can pre-order. You'll receive them as soon as they arrive. The items are marked with a specific release date, and you can order them for 10-14 days from that date.
It's easy! You add your desired item to your shopping cart, confirm your order, and receive it as soon as it arrives. We guarantee that you will receive exactly what you ordered. Since these are pre-order items, delivery takes approximately 2-3 weeks.
You can pay as usual by credit card, PayPal, or Klarna. The amount will be debited immediately upon ordering, and as soon as the item arrives, we'll ship it to you!
We have the items produced directly by the brands, so it may take a little longer for them to arrive. Delivery usually takes about 2-3 weeks, depending on when you order. If you order items from our warehouse, you'll receive them immediately—no waiting!
This item is very popular! Regular production time will be extended by an additional 1-2 weeks, in some cases even slightly longer.
Delivery can no longer be guaranteed.
If the item is no longer produced, you will receive a refund using the original payment method you used.
The release date indicates when the item went online in our shop. From this date, the item will be available for order for 10-14 days. Delivery typically takes place 2-3 weeks after your order, depending on production.
Since our pre-order items are produced specifically for you, we recommend ordering them separately. This way, you'll receive your items quickly and won't have to wait for the pre-order items to arrive.
You can only cancel your pre-order within 12 hours of receiving your order. Since we forward the order directly to the brand as soon as we receive it, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible after that. If you would like to cancel within 12 hours, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you!
Yes, you can use the code "ADD2ORDER" as often as you like to collect multiple pre-order items and pay shipping only once. Please note: Shipping costs apply if the total value of your order is less than €125. If your order exceeds €125 within Germany, shipping costs are waived, even if you use the code "ADD2ORDER."
