AN ORDER

SHIPMENT

DELIVERY


If you would like to have the items in stock immediately, we recommend that you place a separate order for them.

The "Mixed" shipping option is ONLY available in GERMANY, so all items in stock can be shipped immediately and pre-ordered items will be shipped upon arrival. Please let us know if you would like this, otherwise we will ship as soon as all items arrive

PREORDER PRE-ORDER

Preorder items are items that we do not have in stock but can be pre-ordered by you. The items are marked accordingly for you in the shop. You can pre-order these.

We only have what we need produced or what has been sold and that means we have it in common

If the item you ordered in advance turns out to be unavailable, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.

The goods will only be ordered once we have received the money. Additional items can be added to your order at any time and a further payment must then be made.

We try to keep our supply chain as environmentally friendly as possible, i.e. we bundle orders/deliveries and of course that also takes some time. The delivery time also depends on the current order volume from designers and seamstresses in Korea.
